Welcome to Motorcycle Parts Hub’s Referral Programme! We appreciate your interest in promoting our products and earning rewards through our referral platform. Please read the following terms carefully before joining our programme. By participating, you agree to comply with these terms.
Eligibility
To become a referrer, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid website or social media account where you can share your unique referral link. We reserve the right to reject or remove referrers at our discretion.
Enrolment
To enrol in our Referral Programme, you must complete the online application on our website. We will review your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection. If accepted, you will receive access to your referral dashboard.
Referral Links
Upon acceptance, you will be provided with a unique referral link. This link will track the purchases made by customers referred by you. It is your responsibility to ensure that your referral link is properly formatted.
Returns and Cancellations
Commissions are not paid on returned or cancelled orders. If a commission has already been paid for a returned or cancelled order, the commission amount will be deducted from the referrer’s future earnings.
Commission Structure
Referrers earn a 10% commission on the total purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) for each sale generated through their referral link. Commissions are issued in the form of store credit and can be redeemed as a coupon upon request.
Payouts
Store credit payouts will be processed upon request. Referrers can request their store credit by sending an email to sales@motorcyclepartshub.com. There is no cash alternative to coupons issued. Referrers can redeem their credit (request a coupon) after 28 days. Coupons will be issued within 48 hours of the request.
Coupon Redemption
Store credit earned through the Referral Programme can be redeemed as a coupon during the checkout process on our website. Coupons are valid for a limited time and are subject to the terms and conditions specified upon issuance.
Prohibited Activities
Referrers may not engage in any form of fraudulent or unethical activity, including but not limited to: cookie stuffing, using misleading advertising methods, spamming, or impersonating our brand. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination from the programme and forfeiture of commissions.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Referrers will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the programme implies acceptance of the modified terms.
Termination
Either party may terminate the referral relationship at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. Upon termination, accrued but unpaid commissions will be processed and paid out within 30 days.
Miscellaneous
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Motorcycle Parts Hub regarding the Referral Programme. Any disputes arising from or relating to the programme will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
